Established the second Visayan (Philippine) Spotted Deer Breeding and Rescue Center under the aegis of the Memorandum of Agreement between Mulhouse Zoo and the Negros Forest Ecological Foundation Inc. (NFEFI) in October 1992 and endorsed by the Secretary of DENR in November 1992.
